The shell uses a 0.45mm blackout PVC canopy over a 210D ripstop oxford base ring, with a geodesic-style rib pattern that keeps the wall straight and the silhouette crisp on camera. The inner projection surface is a removable white screen panel, so a worn or stained screen can be swapped without replacing the dome. A 1.7m arched tunnel door with a mesh vent panel gives a dark interior while still allowing airflow from the 750W constant-air blower.

Setup is a single-person job for the shell and a two-person job for the complete kit. The dome inflates in roughly 8 minutes, the projector is mounted on a floor tripod at the centre, and the whole theatre is running within 15 minutes of opening the bags. Everything packs into one wheeled flight case and one dome bag, which fit into the boot of a compact car.
